Christopher’s is bringing back one of our most requested, most celebrated dinners — Prime Rib Night, this time, hosted at The GEM.

We have been known for years as having some of the best prime rib in the region — slow-roasted for 25–30 hours, seasoned with our signature house rub, and served perfectly tender with rich au jus and our creamy horseradish sauce.

Dinner Options:

🥩 10 oz. Slow-Roasted PRIME RIB
Served with:

• Baked Potato or Baked Sweet Potato

• Steamed Broccoli

• Fresh Dinner Salad

🐟 Grilled Salmon (for our seafood lovers)
Finished with our chef’s seasoning and served with the same sides above.

Three Seating Times Available:

• 4:30 PM

• 5:30 PM

• 6:30 PM

This will be a reservation-only dinner so we may prepare the proper amount of prime rib with the same integrity and quality you remember from Christopher’s.
