Christopher’s Restaurant & Catering has proudly served the Dayton community since 1991. In 2019, we became honored owners, continuing a long-standing tradition of exceptional food and heartfelt hospitality.
Today, everything we do is centered at 3425 Valley Street — home of The GEM Event Venue.
The GEM features two distinct spaces designed for flexibility and comfort. The Green Room welcomes intimate celebrations such as anniversaries, birthdays, showers, rehearsal dinners, and corporate gatherings. Our Main Room seats up to 150 guests, with a sweet spot of 75–130 for the perfect flow of energy and service.
With private parking, ADA accessibility, and beer and wine permits, we’ve created a welcoming, standalone facility designed for memorable events.
The location has evolved. The mission has not.
